- Season Partnership (12-month): Real development takes time. Our Season Partnership locks in your coaching relationship for a full year — giving your coach the runway to truly understand your training, adapt to life’s curveballs, and help you reach goals you didn’t think were possible. As a thank-you for your commitment, you save 20% off our monthly rate, billed month to month. Please note: Season Partnership is a 12-month commitment billed at the discounted rate each month. Early cancellation is not available and remaining monthly payments are due through the end of your contract term. After your 12 months are complete, your coaching continues month to month at the same discounted rate — and you can cancel anytime.
- 14 Week Coaching: Don’t want a month-to-month commitment? Not sure about staying locked in for 1 year? Here’s the perfect solution- our 14-week coaching segment. Many of the athletes who come to us really just want to try coaching for a segment and see if it’s right for them. However, it’s appealing to take the discount for the 1-year commitment. This is the best blend of the options. You sign up for 14 weeks of completely personal 1:1 coaching for a 10% discount. Then, you can decide whether long-term coaching is right for you. It’s the perfect way to get the coaching you need, but not be locked in long-term.
I bring over 10 years of coaching experience, beginning at the high school level and progressing through collegiate, post-collegiate/elite, and personal coaching. My passion for running started more than 20 years ago in middle school, running alongside my father—a journey that led to three state championships in high school, a collegiate scholarship to Michigan State University, and eventually competing with the Hansons-Brooks Olympic Development Program.
Today, I continue to run at a high level while balancing life as a husband, father of two, and coach. I enjoy working with motivated runners of all abilities who are eager to grow, improve, and pursue their goals—whether that means racing faster, staying consistent, or simply enjoying the process more.
My primary coaching philosophy is simple: remove the stress and confusion from training so athletes can focus on what matters most—running with purpose, confidence, and enjoyment.
