Who is this for?
The program is intended for runners who have run at least one marathon, or has trained at a level of 50-60 miles per week in the past.
As you’ve probably guessed, this isn’t your traditional marathon training plan. With that, this will probably be best suited for those runners who have done structured training, like speed work, and can currently tolerate 20 plus miles per week.
