Ideally, we are developing long-term relationships with our athletes. Some will just be for a segment and then move on, but others will stay for quite some time.

To close out a segment there should be some sort of recap done. Here’s a current form I use if you want to make a template: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeGijNKzTlz0hreuMuspIrDeanY_D-YhUbBMlfuyaJmwXAi9g/viewform?usp=sf_link

It can be eye-opening to an athlete but also give you insight into how to help that athlete in the future.

If an athlete does decide to move on, they can manage their account through their dashboard on my site, www.lukehumphreyrunning.com

They should go to membership then a subscription. They can pause, downgrade, or cancel their subscription. Once they cancel, I encourage the coach to remove them from any personal coaching groups and remove them from your coaching roster.

Stay cordial with an athlete if possible. There have been countless times when people come back a few months to a few years later. Try your best to keep that door open.
