Fall Marathon Programs start 6/1/23!

Since 2006, our coaches have helped thousands of runners reach their goals- whether it be to cross the finish line feeling strong, hitting that BQ, or completing the World Majors. We have a world class coaching staff, but are just like you. We are trying to perform our best while balancing careers, raising kids, and meeting the challenges that life brings us. Most importantly, we love helping runners reach their goals.

If you are familiar with the Hansons Marathon Method, then you’ll be familiar with us. I literally wrote the book on the HMM philosophy and all of our coaches were members of the Hansons ODP. The marathon program will build on that foundation, but we’ll be with you every step of the way. If you have read the books, we will explore some of the topics that need expanding and we’ll touch on some other areas that we never discussed. Best of all, you’ll be in a community with others who are running the same race as you and using the same plan as you. Having access to our coaches will be the cherry on top.

Training for and racing a marathon is no easy task. That’s why we are here to help you navigate the training and put forth your best race possible this fall. The marathon program will include a choice of Beginner Plan or Advanced Plan and we will focus on the following marathons

Chicago ( Start Date: 6/5/23)
Detroit (Start Date: 6/12/23)
Indianapolis Monumental (Start Date: 6/26/23)
New York City (Start Date: 7/3/23)
California International (Start Date: 7/31/23)

Overall Start Date: June 1st

Here’s how it works:

Sign up at Final Surge (link provided)
From there you’ll be in the group you signed up for in Final Surge. For example, if you signed up for Beginner: Chicago, you will be in that group.
It won’t be instantly, but once I get your confirmation, I’ll send you some info on how to access my site and the content in there. Just be patient with me on this, I have to manually send it!
From there I’ll put your plan in and you’ll be able to access it and get the workout reminders and all the Final Surge perks.
As we approach the start date of your marathon, I’ll post in the groups/forums on my site in LHR. Members can start conversations and posts as soon as they are in.
