    Hola! Happy Fri-YAY! It’s marathon training season for me again and I’m wondering which plan I should follow. Goal time 3:45. Previous plan followed 14-week 40-50 mpw. Worked great. PB in all distances. Was looking at the 16 week 30-40 mpw plan. Less mileage. Less days. Wondering how they compare.
