Hi, because of unforeseen circumstances I was not able to do my Long Run this morning (Sat), and was pondering getting it in tomorrow (Sun, which had a previously scheduled 6 mile run) The problem is I have a Speed workout scheduled for Mon, Tuesday off day, Wed Tempo, Thursday and Friday runs. How should I go about shuffling this week so I can get in this long run? Do I just write off the long Run and go with what’s scheduled? (6 easy run Sunday, Monday Speed etc..) Thank you!!
