I have trained in Texas summer heat for Marathons and after finally getting that sub 3, I am ready to spice it up and do some faster paces with less training loads. I believe that sets me up for a great marathon cycle in the near future!! It makes us better in other race distances.
I raced a 5K at the beginning of the year and all I can say is, that was intense! Ha ha
