1) How many attempts have you made? – 13. But got serious at 3 the latest attempts. 1 training cycle got injured (not running related), 2nd cycle – race day was just not my day. 3rd cycle – went all in with strength, nutrition, recovery, etc. and got 2:59:10 🤩
2) what plans/programs have you used in the past? @CoachMelissa
3) Does your current pr suggest that this is the next logical step? I surely hope so! I went from 3:13 from my first attempt at sub 3 to 2:59 at my third attempt.
