    Hi Vanessa,

    I’m doing the 18 week Advanced Marathon Alternator. I liked the schedule of this plan, but it didn’t have as many miles in it that I wanted, so I’m just adding more so it peaks at around 70 – 80 miles.

    Training starts tomorrow (10/31) thank goodness. I’ve been “training for the training” for what seems an eternity!
