I think I’m going to try the 18 week beginner 9 day cycle. I’m running NYC on Sunday and did Chicago a few weeks ago. I have no goals for Tokyo aside from running it solid but easy enough to enjoy my 2.5 week vacation while there.
I like running 6 days a week, and I think I’ll benefit from the extra recovery time. I don’t love marathons but ended up with four in a calendar year because of 2020 cancellations, so at this point I just want to finish up my 6 star quest strong and uninjured.
Has anyone used the 9 day plan?
