Ouch! Glad you’re feeling well enough to get back out there. I too had to take a few steps back last week (really sore tight calf that I’ve never had before). After a few days off, I picked up the schedule & have had 3 days of pain-free running, although I can tell something is amiss somewhere along my left posterior chain. Goal for next week is to try & remedy it & to keep on keepin on. I have 10×1 min hills on Tuesday & Saturday just 7, but 4@MP. I’m glad it’s not too heavy so I can test out where I’m at w/o overloading.
