Oh no! Ouch 😣
I’m starting the 8 week 50 mpw plan for Tokyo after having taken 3 weeks off after CIM and a nagging/painful left hip/hamstring. Like, I was good then I wasn’t … so … I’m not very hopeful, but I’m here. There always seems to be “something” with each training attempt so I’m trying to learn to let go of my goals somewhat so I can ENJOY the journey!
Today was rough, not just because I’m out of shape, but because I partied hard for my birthday yesterday! LOL
