Discrepancy in Final Surge plan
Hi folks, I’m currently using the 16 week Metric Half Marathon plan. In an upcoming workout ,3k/4x400m/3k, The description says the 3k’s should be at LT/Strength and the 400’s should be at 10k. The workout builder has them all at the LT Pace range. Is that correct, or should I try to edit the 400’s to be at the 10k paces? Thank you!!
