@CoachLuke I think so. I’m a little nervous because I’m on the 12-week advanced plan and I missed 3 runs in week 10, effectively missing 20 miles that week, i.e. I ran 44 miles instead of 64 planned. I did do the workouts that week, and overall executed about 95% of the training block, but I’m concerned that I inadvertently began my taper one week too early. I am hoping I won’t feel sluggish on race day, because I feel exhausted now. Do you have any thoughts on that scenario?

Focus on what you can control from here on out. Make sure the taper nutrition is on point. Keep your runs on pace the last few days. If you train consistently most of the year, what you described is a drop in the bucket and not worth the wasted energy worrying about.
