    It’s my first time using HMM. I’d like a solid happy race and ideally a course PB (current course PB is 4.46, marathon PB 4.37) BUT my A goal is to feel strong and solid the whole way.

        I’m using the 18 week 5 day plan. Enjoying it very much so far…I’ve never run more than 4 days a week before, but it’s going well.

    Goal is 3:45 with a stretch goal of 3:40. Using your new NYC plan!

    I’m not sure where to post this, but FYI, @Luke Humphrey, the 8×2:00 hills on today’s NYC plan are not correct in FS. It’s set up with 2 x 2:00 repeats.
