Legs feeling too fresh?
I’m at week 12 of the Advanced Alternator plan with my final 16 miler coming up tomorrow after today’s 10mile run. I’ve followed the plan pretty much to the dot with paces very closely matching also.
I thought the cumulative fatigue would be much worse at this stage but honestly my legs feel as fresher now than at the start of the training block. Should I be worried or is that a really good sign. I’ve never felt better and honestly feel like I could’ve done another 10 miles this morning.
I’m not going to tinker with anything at this point but suppose I’m just looking for some reassurance that I’m in a good place.
