Hi, Anyone else running London on October 2nd? I am planning to complete the Abbott Majors and London will be my fourth major (and fourth marathon overall). I’ve used LHR plans for my prior three marathons with relatively good success. This time I am trying the 12-week plan, which is shorter but more aggressive in terms of mileage. I’m hoping it will help get me to a new PR. Would love to hear from others running London and who would like to share their training progress and goals as well.
