Missing Speed workouts etc
Hi folks
So as mentioned in a previous post, I’ve been having trouble with a knee, where it has cut short long runs and has me miss my last speed workout and first Strength workouts for both week 10 and week 11. It’s the start of week 12. I started PT which is helping so hopefully I can get workouts in smoothly.
My question is do I just start where the schedule has me? Do I need to have done those two previous speed/strength workouts before attempting this Strength workout (which is 4/1.5 miles @ LT pace) The previous workouts I had to miss were 5x1k @ 10k pace and 6x1mile @ LT pace
