Moving days arounds
Hi folks – just bought and started an 8 week plan for a half in early June. The question I have is, I am in a running group that meets on Tuesdays (usually 5-6 miles) and Saturdays(Long runs), but the plan currently has Tuesdays off and Sat as shorter Easier runs (Sunday is Long run) . What should I (can I do) to move around Runs/workouts that won’t mess up the integrity of the plan and allow me to run with my group? (The off days on the plan are currently Tuesdays and Fridays) Is there something I should make sure I don’t do (have back to back SOS workout/runs?) Thanks!!
