More of the same tomorrow @CoachMelissa ! Just a little more intense.

Thanks for tweaking my training plan & encouraging me to use the calculator so I show up fresh. Ready to play chess with @BMitch ; thinking, plotting and closing the gap 👍

Good luck to you and @BMitch 💪 I can’t wait to hear about results. You can set up an in race competition to keep you both motivated when it gets difficult too. Some options are time taken off from the last race, placement overall/age group, and best splits. Just something fun to add to the race!

Thanks for asking @CoachLuke ! Good for @BMitch with a strong negative split finish and ok for me with a pretty solid performance. I guess we landed right where we should be at week 8 of 12. Working on accepting that success isn’t always linear like @CoachMelissa said! Ready for the final showdown in August! Also very cool to see Jon Mott take first with a 14:50 5k in the middle of July. The race video made it look like he wasn’t even working when he crossed the finish 🙃

I got lucky to have run the negative splits! Big shout out to @MrsMitchem4Life for pushing us to vie for something noteworthy i.e. longevity! Thanks for the solid training plans and correspondence including tips and strategies! Leah is flourishing and thanks in part to all you provide. Best regard
