    Aside from the drills in the dynamic warmup 2, are there any other drills that are beneficial such as A-skips, B-skips or ankling? Or are these more for sprinters/short distance runners?

    Drills are good for all distances. Some people will argue that they don’t do anything to reinforce good form, but I think if you are consistent with the drills, then it can be very beneficial.
