    Hi,

    Just slightly confused – in the book strength runs are aimed for a 3:52min/km pace but the pace calculator on here gives 4:02min/km for strength. Just wondering what’s correct? Those numbers are with an aim of a 1:23:30 half – so a 3:57min/km race/tempo pace
