Strength faster than MP -10?
@CoachLuke I was listening to one of the podcasts and you were talking about strength runs at MP -10 and I thought I heard you saying that was based on someone in the 5 minute range like yourself. And for slower runners it might be a little different. Can you clarify that please? If I am looking at around 7:45 MP, are strength runs still -10 or more like -20. If my lactate threshold is close to 7:00 (HM pace) should the strength be faster than MP -10 for me? (Sorry, can’t remember which episode)o
