Tweaking Final Surge plan
Hi folks, I just started the 12 week Intermediate Half plan. I’m hoping I can tweak the plan a bit just so I can do the long runs on Saturday with my running group (currently they are scheduled for Sunday) and also run with the group on Tuesdays (day off during plan) This might be impossible with messing with the integrity of the plan but was wondering if it’s possible and if anyone has tried tweaking it for these variables. Thanks!
