In our LHR community, many runners have grown wary of training for a virtual half or full marathon. Once in the spring was ok, but now that postponed marathons were canceled, it’s become, “what can I do now?” This 5k group is designed to fill that void. It’s the perfect opportunity to train for something shorter and maybe something you haven’t done in a long time!

LHR is offering a 13 week group coaching program aimed at habitual marathoners looking to regain some long lost speed, but anyone looking to train for a couple 5k’s are more than welcome.

    13 week program (choice of Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) placed right into your Final Surge Calendar and training plan library. (You’ll also have lifetime access to this plan)

  • Group Coaching

    Group coaching via private Facebook group with Luke, coach Mike Morgan, and coach Josh Eberly

  • Virtual 5k’s

    Two virtual 5k opportunities. The training begins on 8/31 and culminates with two races. One on Halloween weekend and the other on Thanksgiving. We felt this would provide many with opportunities to race in real life, as well.
