Coaching Application

You are here because you are thinking about hiring a coach. We understand that this is a big decision! That’s why we created this form to fill out to see if you are a good candidate for personal coaching. Don’t worry, there are no wrong answers, we aren’t grading this! It’s really just to see if coaching is the best path for you, or if we start off with one fo our other programs or membership levels. Lastly, when thinking about coaching, we talk about being “serious” a lot. Being serious isn’t about the time on the clock, it’s about being coachable, working hard, and embracing the process. That’s what LHR means when we talk about being a serious runner.

Not sure about coaching? Fill out this simple form and we'll have a good starting point. A coach will respond with their thoughts and extend the conversation.

Filling out a training log is key to successful coaching. How likely are you to sync your training data and complete your training log regularly?
Having a complete training log is part of the communication puzzle, but we also rely of feedback from athletes. How likely are you to keep your coach up to date with work trips, family vacations, on call shifts, illness, injury, and anything else going on?
How important is it to you to have a coach?
Being coachable is crucial to success. Part of that is training logs and communication. Along with that, being open minded, absorbing information, and trying new things (within reason) are also part of being coachable. Given this, do you feel like you are coachable?
What would your definition of coachability be? On the flipside, what would your expectations from your coach be?
We love the idea of team and community! Are you looking to be a part of that team and community?
What's in it for me?
What are you really looking to get out of your coaching experience?
This gives us an idea of your experience level and if we would be a good fit- how well we can serve you.
