A while back I did some research with runners in our Facebook in regards to having a coach, or not. A lot of the same answers came up like- didnt know what we offered,  the cost, questioned if they were fast enough, and not sure if they needed all that. Well, I wanted to take a little time and discuss these concerns with you and show you all the coaching levels that LHR offers. I bet some of the things will surprise you!
