I have always liked paper training logs and it’s all I had for quite a ways into my running journey. I like having more than just a notebook, but also liked simplicity. Ever since writing the first Hansons Marathon Method book, I have always wanted to create a training log that I would use and I thought others would find a use for it. I had always thought the task too daunting but over the last few months, I have put my thoughts down and then found what I needed to have in order to create. The result is a first attempt at a 52-week training log. In it, you will find all you need to plan your year, track your year, and measure the outcomes of your training. Take a peek inside below! I will warn you, it is bulky, but I personally don’t mind. I like having all my stuff in one place.
