How to Use the Training Plan Selector
Follow each step to choose your race distance, unit of measurement, peak weekly training volume, and the duration of the plan. Then hit submit to see the training plans that match your criteria.
From there, simply find the plan that best fits your needs. If you have questions, we can help you sort out which plan would be the best fit for you.
Once you purchase a training plan, you’ll have access to it right away through our training platform, Final Surge. Here’s how it works:
- Use the training plan selector and choose a training plan. Purchase the plan through Final Surge.
- After purchase, you’ll be prompted to create a free Final Surge account.
- Simply add your purchased training plan to your Final Surge calendar by setting your race date or start date.
- Once your plan is placed, you’ll be able to set your day to day training zones via pace, heart rate, or power zones.
- Start training!
